Applications must include training courses intended for professors of Italian currently teaching at local universities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"799\" data-end=\"850\"><strong>INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING A GRANT APPLICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"992\">Applications for grants under Chapter 2619\/3 \u2013 2026 must include the following documentation, to be submitted as separate files:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1295\"><strong data-start=\"996\" data-end=\"1046\">LETTER FROM THE UNIVERSITY (maximum one page): <\/strong>The letter must clearly and concisely state the reasons for the request. It must be written on official university letterhead, signed by the Academic Director (or responsible academic authority), and stamped with the university\u2019s official seal.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1295\"><strong data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1310\"><a href=\"https:\/\/iicsanfrancisco.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/2890094._A.docx\">FORM A<\/a>: <\/strong>The application for funding for training and professional development courses for teachers of Italian working at foreign universities must be completed using the attached template. The form must be filled out in its entirety.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1547\" data-end=\"2377\"><strong data-start=\"1549\" data-end=\"1560\"><a href=\"https:\/\/iicsanfrancisco.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/2890096._B.docx\">FORM B<\/a>: <\/strong>Universities that received funding in 2025 or during the previous five-year period (2020\u20132024) must, upon completion of the courses organized, submit a final report on the use of the most recent grant received, using the attached<em> FORM B<\/em>. This form must be filled out in its entirety. For universities located in countries with currencies other than the euro, it is important to indicate in the financial report not only the amount actually received in local currency, but also the euro amount formally granted.
