Due to the extremely high volume of requests and proposals received daily, the Italian Cultural Institute of San Francisco is regrettably unable to respond to every message.
Fair consideration is given striclty to proposals submitted to media.sanfrancisco@esteri.it. Proposals must include contact details, brief description, and a budget for the event. Please do not send any attachments. The Institute will individually contact only proposals of interest.
Proposals sent to other email addresses or submitted by phone, in person or by mail will not be considered. Please also note that attachments are blocked, and all unrequested supporting materials such as books, CDs, DVDs catalogues, etc, will be returned to the sender at their own expense.
