As part of the Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel Mondo, the Italian Cultural Institute and Viola Buitoni invite you to an exclusive Truffle-tasting experience on Wednesday, November 30 at 7:00pm.

The "International Week of Italian Cuisine" is a world-wide initiative of Italy’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, aimed at cultivating and promoting the richness of the Italian gastronomic tradition in its manifold expressions, including the appreciation of such extraordinary ingredients as truffles.

For the occasion, food expert, blogger and educator Viola Buitoni will create a unique menu using black truffles especially flown-in from Italy thanks to Arezzo-based truffle whiz Piero Cipriani.
