Chef Dolan will be introduced by Elisa Celli, a national bestseller author of four books on Italian food and wine, who will talk about Italians and their love for pesce. Matthew Dolan is from New York. He is a Michelin star chef, a James Beard selected chef, and one of the owners of 25 Lusk restaurant, here in San Francisco.
