4th WEEK OF THE ITALIAN CUISINE IN THE WORLD

Showcasing Italy and the Italian taste in the world, the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World is a yearly initiative developed to promote Italian culinary traditions and food-and- wine connoisseurship as a distinctive trait of Italian identity and culture.

The theme of the fourth edition this year is Food Education: The Culture of Taste.

With this choice, the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World continue to present itself as an initiative that directly involves central institutions, territorial bodies, production chains, academic and scientific world, with the aim to promote - coherently with the legacy left by EXPO Milan 2015, the 'Italian approach to nutrition, food education and correct information to consumers, while protecting the interests of operators in the sector and enhancing their action.
