ABOUT
The film, winner of the Italian Film Festival Berlin, focuses on the figure of Franco Grillini, leader of the LGBTQ Italian movement, the son of peasants, a graduate in pedagogy, then a politician in the Italian Parliament, who has always been committed to the recognition of civil rights of gays, lesbians and transsexuals. The story, with a light tone and unpublished documentary material, reconstructs over thirty years of a hard and gentle revolution.
