music > LUCA CIARLA: MEDITERRAMÌA

An Intimate Members-Only Evening with

Renowned Italian Violinist and Sound Artist

Luca Ciarla

Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 6:30 pm

At the IIC’s new location: INNOVIT, 710 Sansome St, San Francisco

On September 14, 2022, the Italian Cultural Institute of San Francisco will present an exclusive, members-only concert featuring the renowned Italian violin phenomenon and performance artist, Luca Ciarla.

Ciarla, called “One of the most interesting violinists on the international scene” by La Repubblica, deftly fuses virtuosic violin playing with percussion, voice, and looping technology in a one-man “solOrkestra” that transcends the genres of classical, jazz and contemporary music to create sensual soundscapes that are at once moving, meditative, and mesmerizing.

This is Luca Ciarla’s only San Francisco performance on his Mediterramìa tour. And you’re invited to join us for this intimate, unforgettable evening.

Become a member of IIC by September 13, 2022 and we will send you a link to register for your free tickets.
