Kids are invited to master the art of making light and fluffy gnocchi with Italian chef Deborah Dal Fovo!
Join Deborah for a free one-hour online cooking class as she guides young cooks step-by-step to make gnocchi from scratch using ricotta cheese instead of potatoes and an accompanying sugo (sauce). Workshop will be conducted in English with some Italian.

Presented by Fondazione Italia in collaboration with the Italian Consulates General of Italy in Los Angeles and San Francisco, and the Italian Cultural Institutes of Los Angeles and San Francisco.
