Quantum Computing For Non-Physicists

Quantum Computing For Non-Physicists is a gentle introduction to Quantum Computing, focusing on operational semantics, rather than physics. The goal is to convey some of the basic ideas behind Quantum Computing in a way that is accessible to people with a programming background: quantum data types, quantum gates, probabilistic nature of quantum programs, observation and collapse of the wave function.
