Publishers, translators, production/distribution/dubbing/subtitling companies, cultural institutions, literary agents and agencies located both in Italy and abroad.
TYPES OF INCENTIVES

Funding for translation and publication (including digital format) of Italian literary and scientific works to be published after July 1, 2026, or published before the completion of the evaluation and grant-award procedures.

Funding for production, dubbing or subtitling in foreign languages of short films, feature films and television series to be released after July 1st, 2026, or published before the completion of the evaluation and grant-award procedures.
Awards

An award may be requested for the translation of Italian literary and scientific works (including digital format).
- An award may be requested for short films, feature films, and television series intended for mass media that have been disseminated, translated, produced, dubbed, or subtitled after January 1, 2025.

Applications, in accordance with the provisions set out in the attached call for applications, must be submitted exclusively using the official application form and must include all required supporting documentation.

APPLICATION DEADLINE
Interested applicants must submit their complete applications, including all required documentation, to the Italian Cultural Institute of San Francisco no later than March 31st, 2026.
