You are invited to an exclusive reception with director Maurizio Gigola following the screening of Gualtiero Marchesi: The Great Italian, a documentary about the great, revolutionary artist whose cooking has changed the history of Italian regional cuisine: with him, basic components become the absolute protagonist of his dishes in an immersive and sensorial convivial experience.The screening will take place at the SF Italian Athletic Club.
