Artists in San Francisco for Amatrice

Bay Area artist Bruce Hasson has teamed up with Charles Cunningham and Lori Sottile of Norfolk Press for an evening to celebrate Art, as a pathway to humanity and compassion. On December 8, 2016, noted San Francisco Bay Area artists and friends will gather for an exhibition and auction to benefit the victims of the devastating earthquake at Amatrice in Italy, on August 24, 2016.

Lawrence Ferlinghetti, Federico Arcuri, Gary Bukovnik, Jerome Carlin, Stacey Carter, John Colao, Rob Cox, Jessica Dunne, Bruce Hasson, Anthony Holdsworth, Archana Horsting, Naomi Kremer, Paulette Long, John Mattos, Richard Moquin, Gianmaria Mussio, Roberto Santo, Joseph Slusky, Chip Sullivan, Seiko Tachibana, Jan Wurm, Jack Zaja.

All artworks will be adjudicated by silent auction ending approximately at 8:00pm. Payments will be accepted by check only, made out to “Comune di Amatrice, Emergenza Terremoto.” Awarded bidders may take artworks with them at the end of the evening or make arrangements for a later pick-up.

The exhibition and auction are in part made possible with the support of Aldo Blasi of Ristorante Milano and Norfolk Press. Under the patronage of the Municipality of Amatrice and the Consulate General of Italy in San Francisco.
