ITALIAN OPERA IN SAN FRANCISCO: THEN & NOW
A one-day symposium at the Museo Italo Americano
San Francisco was an “opera town” from the very beginning and remains so to this day. San Francisco Opera partners with the Museo Italo Americano to present a historical seminar highlighting some fascinating aspects of our city’s love affair with opera and the Italians who made it all happen, plus offering some insiders’ views into San Francisco Opera’s first century.
Event presented by the Museo Italo Americano and Bravo Cultural Program in collaboration with the Leonardo Da Vinci Society and the Italian Cultural Institute of San Francisco.
