ABOUT
ALESSANDRO SCALI‘s work stems from a desire to explore the boundaries between art, science, technology, and culture. At the core of his artistic practice lie two fundamental concepts: hybridization and the relativization of the human being. Through hybridization, Scali merges elements from different worlds — the organic and the artificial, the past and the future, the real and the imagined — creating works that challenge conventional perceptions and offer new ways of understanding contemporary reality. Using tools such as artificial intelligence, glitch, and experimental media, he reshapes artistic conventions, generating works that inhabit liminal spaces where transformation and mutation are constant. In this process, technology is not just a tool but a true creative partner, capable of transforming and redefining our relationship with the world.
