The European College of Parma Foundation, in collaboration with the Università degli Studi di Parma, is offering two English-taught University Master’s programs for the 2026/27 academic year, designed for graduates and young professionals interested in European, Mediterranean, and international affairs.
Master’s in European Affairs and Policies (MEAP)
A First-Level Master’s focused on European policies, governance, regulation, law, economics, geopolitics, sustainability, and innovation. The blended program combines online learning with in-person classes in Parma, internship opportunities, and international networking with academics, EU experts, and professionals.

Master’s in EU-MED African Relations and Cooperation Policies (EUMEDA)
A Second-Level Master’s exploring the increasingly important relationship between Europe, the Mediterranean, and Africa, with a focus on international cooperation, development, migration and mobility, sustainability, energy, security, environment, and global health. The program includes practical training, internship opportunities, and international networking.
